The Old Farm Homeowners Association
Welcome to the Old Farm community in Frederick, Maryland!
We are a quiet, diverse neighborhood of 355 homes, including single family residences, townhomes and condominiums in the northwest quadrant of Frederick.  Our community is near shopping, parks, good schools and the U.S. Army facilities at Fort Detrick.  We are about an hour’s drive from Washington, D.C., Baltimore and many Civil War historic sites.  Old Farm owners and residents work together to maintain our reputation as a clean, safe and friendly area for individuals and families.
We hope that current and potential Old Farm members will find information on this site to answer any questions you may have about the community and events in the area.  If there is further information we can provide, please contact us at
